4x4 elimination matrices

In this 4x4 elimination matrices E21, E32 and E43

how E43 became 3/4

What I know from 3x3 matrices:
E21 is -a12/a11
and E31 is -a31/a11
and E32 is -a32/a12

or the elimination multiplier applied to identity matrix

I have no experience on 4x4 and I could not get E32 and E43
