How I use matrix to get motion of body? How can I program a computer program to do it by matrix multiplication?

I have no idea what you mean by "use matrix to get motion of body" The "motion" or more correctly speed and acceleration of a body in three dimensions are usually represented by vectors. And matrix usually represents a linear transformation acting on a vector. So what linear transformation are you thinking of? The problem is that motion is typically NOT a "linear" transformation.
