Physical Form of equation with 2 values

Hello all, i would like your help

we got this excercise :

Write the psycical form (does this make any sense to you? i trasnlated it straight from greek) of this arc :

x^2 - 4xy + 4y^2 - 10x + 8y = 0

and make a quick draw of it (the term quick meaning that he wants us to draw it by hand, using few points)

please write down each step. thanks a lot
