Is there any way to convert latex to JPEG?

Yes, but why would you want to do that?

Math Focus: Mainly analysis and algebra
Most of the $\LaTeX$ rendering sites on the web offer the possibility of downloading your output as ".png" files which you could then convert to ".jpg".

Because there's a math group in Facebook. It's very inconvenient to write my solution in paper and upload to it.

But is there any way for me to type my whole solution and convert into JPEG?

Yes, for example you could use the $\LaTeX$ Live Preview feature at MHB to render your code, grab a screen shot by pressing [ALT][PRT SCRN], paste this into a graphics editor, crop the $\LaTeX$ output from the image, and save this as a JPEG file.

I should note that jpeg works very poorly for math equations. png is much better (and pdf superior still, but that's a different matter...).

Yes, I agree...if your environment supports png files definitely use that.
