 February 14th, 2017, 11:41 AM #1 Senior Member   Joined: Jul 2016 From: USA Posts: 108 Thanks: 13 Convert LaTeX to Standard Online Notation Does anyone know of a software or preferably an online tool that can convert LaTeX into standard online mathematical notation? \left(-\frac{\left(x^2-\pi x-\pi ^2\right)^3}{3\pi ^5}\right)-\frac{\pi }{3} I would like to find some sort of online tool that can convert this into something like: (1/pi^2)^3*(...)... Thanks for any help!

I enclosed your expression in dollar signs to get this:

$\left(-\frac{\left(x^2-\pi x-\pi ^2\right)^3}{3\pi ^5}\right)-\frac{\pi }{3}$

I don't actually see how that relates to your de-LaTeX'd version.

Of course a LaTeX to ASCII translator is an amusing programming exercise for someone with some time on their hands. Googling "latex to ascii" turns up some promising links.
