I just finished reparsing the posts in an older topic that was bumped so that the LaTex was presented, and found I had to make a change to each post in order for it to work. Is there a simpler method? Most posts had a typo I could correct, so that was an easy choice, but some folks posts have no typos and I hate to make any change to them!

You can just click "edit", leave the post intact, and "click" submit, I guess. It will be notified as "post changed" in your mod.panel. Could you tell me if it worked?

I tried that first, but unless I made an actual change to the posts, they remained the way they were.

That was my experience as well. (Very possibly we tried it on the same post.)
