Angles question [GEOMETRY]
Just checking, in order to see if two triangles are similar 2 of each triangles corresponding angles needs to be the same.

In this case E and A are the same: 90 degrees as well as B and D since B and D share a single line and the 90 degree line. Is this correct? ... c39f1597bc

If two angles of a triangle are known, the third angle can be calculated. If the three angles of a triangle ABC have the same values as the three angles of a triangle DEF, the triangles are similar. In general, there are sometimes more convenient ways of showing that two triangles are similar. I couldn't see the image for some reason, but your information suggests you are right.
