Need help finding a few values.

I need help in finding a few values in the example picture.

I have plugged in some generic values, I am looking for the math to solve ?? values.

How do I find the green h?
How do I find the green r?
How do i find the blue h?

The shape is technically isosceles trapezoid, it is cone shaped with a cropped top.

Hopefully I got this right....

The blue 'h' can be found using pythagoras a^2 + b^2 = c^2 where c is 13 (the red slope), a can be 'h', and b is 10-2 [=8]

The green 'h' is 11/13 of blue 'h'

The green 'r' is 2 + 8x2/13
