How I construct a midpoint of a segment?

Using compasses and straightedge?

That's a pretty standard construction, given in any geometry text. Use the compasses, set to any radius greater than half the length of the segment to strike arcs centered at each of the two endpoints. Those arcs will cross at two points. Use the straight edge to draw the line through the two points. That line is the perpendicular bisector of the line segment.
