Equilateral triangle inscribed into an ellipse

Hi everybody!

I am a college student and I'm new here.

I am struggling with this problem for a couple of days , so I decided to ask you guys for a help. Hope this is the right section for this thing.

Given an ellipse and a point on it, is it always possible to find other two points so that equilateral triangle can be constructed over that three points?
If so, is there a way to find points in explicit form with some geometrical approach in solving?
