Hi, I have no idea how to do this question. However, I have done up certain portion which is to my best understanding. Help is greatly appreciated.

Looks like you are doing it correctly. You just stopped before grinding through the algebra. Can you compute $p \cdot k,~\p\$ ? Hopefully you know that $\k\=1$ and that $p\cdot k = p_z$
