Given that the coordinates of C are (9, s) and the coordinates of D are (t, 4), solve for the values of the variables s and t. Show your work to prove your answer. Any help with this question will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

$\dfrac{9+t}{2} = 15$

$\dfrac{s+4}{2} = 4$
