Inner: 24 * 24 * 18 = 10368 cu .in.

Outer: 24.25 * 24.25 * 18.125 = 10658.6328125 cu. in.

Difference: 10658.6328125 - 10368 = 290.6328125 cu. in.

290.6328125 * .41 = 119.159453125 lb.
