Find the vector that passes perpendicular to each line

I am working through a support vector machine problem.
I have two hyperplanes
5w1+5w2+b=1
2w1+1w2+b=-1

I want to find the hyperplane that sits inbetween these two all these lines are perpendicular to each other. I can solve this if I have a b or w, but I would like to know how to solve it if I dont know b or w.

Can this be solved?

I just realized this is in High School maths, I'm not sure if this is the right place for this. Can a mod move it to somewhere more appropriate.
Sorry about this!
