Rectangle: right triangle

Code:
G

     E

B

                     D

C A F
Rectangle ADEB in right triangle CFG as shown;
E,D on FG, B on CG and A on CF (of course!).

Givens are CG and the dimensions of the rectangle.

Calculate CF.

Is there a "simple way" (as I thought there would be)
to calculate CF? I keep getting headaches: can't come
up with something simple.

Thanks to my trusty UBasic, found lowest integer case:
triangle : sides
CFG : 300-400-500 (from ye olde 3-4-5 of course!)
ABC : 210-280-350
ADF : 072-096-120
BEG : 054-072-090

So rectangle: 72 by 350
