Geometry proof

We have triangle ABC. Midpoints of BC, CA and AB are K, L, M respectively.
Prove that angles AMC and BLC are equally big if and only if angles CAK and BCM are equally big.

I am uploading attachment with one example.

I haven't had time to look at this problem in detail (I may have time over the weekend), but my guess would be that what you want to prove is false. Where did you get this problem from?
