Geometry problem help. (Pretty sure I've got it right.)

Find x.

x=?20^2-10^2
x=?400-100
x=?300

Is this right? I'm going to feel like a dum-dum if I'm not.

That is correct, but it would be better to use parentheses (e.g., x = ?(20 - 10) and you might be expected to give x = 10?3 at the end.
