Solving equation without taking logarithm

hi guys can you tell me how can we take out the value of 10^-y if the equation is 10^2y =25 without taking logarithm

Hint: $10^{2y}=\left(10^y\right)^2=\left(10^{-y}\right)^{-2}$.
