 March 19th, 2014, 08:33 PM #1 Senior Member     Joined: Oct 2013 From: Far far away Posts: 431 Thanks: 18 Find four irrationals Question: Find four irrational numbers between 3 and 4 My attempt (thanks to Pero and Agentredlum): 3^2 = 9 and 4^2 = 16 So the square root of non-perfect squares from 9 to 16 such as 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 should be irrational So the answer is $\sqrt{10}, \sqrt{11}, \sqrt{12}, \sqrt{13}, \sqrt{14} and \sqrt{15}$ Am I correct? Is there another way?
