I am having problems getting passed this surd caculation. The Question asks "simplify the surd 5V22 x V33 by writing it as a product of an integer and a surd in its simplest form" This is as far as I have got but not sure if I have worked it wrong and thats why I'm not getting anywhere? I have just put the surd with an underline and the letter v as I dont know how to put in the proper root sign. 5V22 x V33 = 5V22 x V33 = 5V726 = 5 V x V ? Any advise on whats happening? Thanks.
