Every number is either odd or even. The simplest explanation is odd numbers can never be divided into two equivalent groups while even numbers can always be divided into two equivalent groups. Parents and teachers can help early elementary age children learn to distinguish between odd and even numbers, using games and activities. Look around, let your kids to find anything that can count. Pillows, socks, shoes, shirts. Tell kids to place them in pairs and check out what is left behind. Those in pairs are even, while the left over is odd. Telling the time is an important skill in everyday life, but it can be tricky to learn. Before your child will be able to tell the time on a clock they will need to grasp how time relates to their own experiences. Start with the general concept of time – morning, afternoon, evening. Draw your kids attention to time. Mention the time at different points in the day. "It’s 7 o’clock: time for dinner." Put a clock in your child’s bedroom. This will help your kids to understand time because of constantly moving hands. Subtraction is taking something away from a group or number of things. When you subtract, what is left in the group becomes less. The symbol used is: (minus). In this process, we take a number and reduce it to a smaller number. More on subtraction: https://learning.covoji.com/mathzon...awayinmath/ Help your kids to understand how to subtract.
