Why option 2 instead of option 5?

In a certain code language, some statements are coded as follows:

"dominate countries based on economics" is coded as U5V B2P K4I L3Z E6N

"economics study human behaviour' is coded as D7H P1S T6O U5V

"developing countries study impact factors" is coded as L3Z X5M C9F J8B P1S

"on behaviour risk factors influences" is coded as E6N Y2R C9F T6O W4Q

Which among the following option can be used for getting the code of "impact"?

1) X5M L3Z J8B P1S

2) C9F U5V J8B T6O

3) Y2R B2P W4Q C9F

4) D7H K4I E6N L3Z

5) Either (1) or (2)

Solution: Economics = U5V

Countries = L3Z

On = E6N

Study = P1S

Factors = C9F

Behavior = T6O

Option 2 is the answer.

To translate words to code, look for words that appear in two sentences that have no other common words. For example, statement 1 and statement 2 only have the common word "economics", so you know economics will be whatever 3 letter code that shows up in both sentences. When you figure out all the words you can (which you don't need to do for this question, you only need to figure out as much as possible for the 3rd statement) you conclude that:

L3Z = Countries, X5M = N/A, C9F = Factors, J8B = N/A, P1S =Study.

So, there are two possibilities for "impact", either X5M or J8B. In order to figure out which is which, we need a coded statement and its translation that contains either X5M or J8B (but not both!). Option two reads: C9F U5V J8B T6O, we already know all the codes except J8B, so upon getting the translation, we will know whether J8B means "impact" or "developing", if it is developing, then that only leaves X5M for "impact".

My question: Why option 2 instead of option 5? Impact can be both either X5M or J8B, so why not option 5?

Beer soaked opinion follows

Why jump to option 5?
What happened to option 3, and 4?
Or option 0 & 1?

We can deduce that (3) Y2R B2P W4Q C9F decodes as, in some order, influences risk factors and either dominate or based (coded as B2P). Neither translation would help decide what impact is coded as.

We can deduce that (4) D7H K4I E6N L3Z decodes as, in some order, countries on human and either dominate or based (coded as K4I). Again, neither translation would help decide what impact is coded as.

We can deduce that (1) X5M L3Z J8B P1S decodes to developing study countries impact (in some order), so being given the translation for (1) won't give us any new information about whether J8B (rather than X5M) decodes as impact.

In contrast, (2) C9F U5V J8B T6O decodes to economics impact factors and either developing or impact (coded as J8B). If we're given that J8B decodes as developing, we can deduce that X5M decodes as impact.
