The letter used in (iii) is the letter that is next in order after the letter that was replaced in (ii) I haven't figured out (iv) other that the words are generally out of original order. So for "question drama" we reverse the lettering to obtain "noitseuq amard" then we replace the last letter with the length of each word to obtain "noitseu8 amar5" noting that the letters replaced were "q" and "d" we replace the first letters with "r" and "e" to obtain "roitseu8 emar5" why these two words are not then swapped I don't know but there's your answer. Thanks from Ganesh Ujwal
