allocate monthly expenses based on %

Total monthly Income is 12,080.38
Bills = 50% ($5,980.69) of monthly Income
Pay 1 1,573.78
Pay 2 1,501.65
Pay 3 1,501.65
Pay 4 1,501.65
Pay 5 1,501.65
Pay 1 1,500.00
Pay 2 3,000.00
TOTAL $12,080.38
What percentage from each pay would have to be allocated for bills?
