 October 6th, 2015, 11:08 AM #1 Newbie   Joined: Oct 2015 From: Lancashire Posts: 2 Thanks: 0 Can't get my head around it Hi all, I hope someone can help My 2 daughters lent £4500 and £3500 The total amount payable is £8327 The 24 monthly payments are £347 What % should each daughter pay?

The first daughter borrowed $\displaystyle \frac{4500}{8000}= \frac{9}{16}$ which is 56.25% and the second $\displaystyle \frac{35000}{8000}= \frac{7}{16}$ which is 43.75%.
