Can't get my head around it

Hi all, I hope someone can help
My 2 daughters lent £4500 and £3500
The total amount payable is £8327
The 24 monthly payments are £347
What % should each daughter pay?

I assume you mean your daughters borrowed £4500 and £3500 rather than "lent". That adds to £8000. The first daughter borrowed $\displaystyle \frac{4500}{8000}= \frac{9}{16}$ which is 56.25% and the second $\displaystyle \frac{35000}{8000}= \frac{7}{16}$ which is 43.75%.

If the 24 monthly payments are all exactly £347, the total payable is £8328.
