1 garment uses 1*2 cm of space, 200 garments use 200*2 cm=400 cm of space. 1 rails takes in 50 cm. 4 rails take 4*50cm=200cm of space. n rails take n*50=50n cm of space. You donīt want 200 cm, but 400 cm. What value should "n" have? Hoempa

1 garment takes 2cm of space. 2 garments take 4cm of space. 3 garments take 6cm of space. 4 garments take 8cm of space. ... (notice the pattern) ... __ garments take 50cm of space: equal to one rail. Fill in the blank. And then divide 200 by that number, to get the number of rails you will need.
