Logistics problem - Transport

Hi all
I am not sure where to post this, so I hope that I am not doing anything wrong.
I have a problem and I am quiet lost, so I hope that you could help me. I guess that the problem is quit difficult and it probably requires some advanced math knowledge and some experience with modeling.

Problem:
The warehouse is denoted as vertex 0, and the warehouse is required to serve 12 sales points (which are denoted as vertex 1, ., 12). The number of requested pallets and the time windows within which service is allowed are reported in Log-9.xlsx, whereas distance and travel times between the sales points are reported in Log-9.xlsx. Each vehicle has a capacity of 30 pallets.
Each vehicle leaves the warehouse at 9 am and must return to the warehouse by 2 pm. Service time (time needed for unloading a vehicle) can be assumed to be 15 minutes on average for every sales point, regardless of demand. The objective is to minimize the total distance traveled by the vehicles
I have uploaded the problem and spreadsheet with the data (NOT MUCH READING COUPLE OF LINES)
I sincerely hope that anyone can help me. Maybe one of you could help me private?

Best regards

Re: Logistics problem - Transport

1. Formulate the problem mathematically.
2. Solve the problem using the heuristic presented

Wow, this problem is very interesting, but I don't know the solution, sorry...
Does anyone here know a book where I can learn more about this kind of problem?
