Optimum Time problem

Hi, I am wondering in this following problem:

A contractor company runs a dam construction. It evaluates the funding of the production and the wages of the workers as presented in the following table:

D | P | W
1 | 1,5 | 2
2 | 2 | 3,4
3 | 7 | 4
4 | 12 | 5,6
5 | 18 | 12
6 | 21 | 18
7 | 26 | 30
8 | 27 | 32
9 | 25 | 35
10 | 20 | 30
11 | 17 | 25
12 | 13 | 18

where D = time (the nth week), P = the production which is resulted, and W = the wages

the question is how to determine the optimum time when the production and the wages are maximum?

any help would be greatly appreciated.
