Return, Time, Risk equation

Basic question, but I couldn't find it with a Google search....

Looking for the equation to compare Return, Risk, and Time for Options spread.

11% ROI (10 dollar return, 90 dollar max loss), 20 days, 75% chance of success

compared to...

25% ROI (20 dollar return, 80 dollar max loss), 45 days, 68% chance of success


Randomly picked scenarios above, with no consideration as to if one is obviously better than the other.

Looking for how to quantify the ROI, Time, and Risk
