Goods assortment formula

Every month there is sells report in a free market, need to calculate statistics and analyze one type of goods, for example textile of one color (Green for example) with different color gradation (from -10 of Light green --to---> +10 Darkest green).
There are 20 types of green textile with their sells characteristics -
V - volume of sells in meters and P - price (which is free market price based on demand/supply in open exchange)
How to calculate Most attractive weighted average (so the gradation can be 7.82 for example) Green gradation to buyers, using three data types - digital color, volume and price?

Can you put up a better translation of the original problem?

For instance, what does "V - volume of sells in meters" mean?

Thank you.

sorry for poor translation, ill try my best,
V is the quantity of textile expressed in any unit of length, that is meters, inches, centimeters, and so on.

Well, perhaps someone else here will understand; I sure don't.
Suggest you get someone to translate the original to proper English.

parameter Xn [x=0, x<11, x++] have characteristic Yn =[An*Bn], how to calculate X, which weighted average of Yn on each strike of Xn

the Sugar have 10 levels of sweetness from X1 = 0 to X10 = 9
each sort of sugar have its quantity of sells in tonnes/kg,
X1: [0] - 1 tonn
x2: [1] - 9 tonn
x3: [2] - 2 tonn
x4: [3] - 38 tonn
x5: [4] - 1 tonn
x6: [5] - 3 tonn
x7: [6] - 2 tonn
x8: [7] - 42 tonn
x9: [8] - 1 tonn
x10: [9] - 12 tonn

How to calculate the most attractive Level i.e.[] of sugar Sweetness?
