Hi there, I hope someone could help me..im still unsure of writing or drawing the cash flow stream.. Here is my problem.. for example, i would like to purchase a house for $500,000. The investment will generate 36000 in cash flows each year during the 1st 3 years. (Assume that cash will be received at the end of each year.) At the end of 3 years i will sell the house for$650,000. How do i write down the cash flow stream of the investment? my answer is (0,36000,36000,36000) Am i right??
