Can someone check my work on my take home exam?

I have it attached.
the answer of #2 is chopped off.

I got a = -(1/2)

y = c1cos(x)+c2sin(x)-(1/2)xcos(x)

Math Focus: Wibbly wobbly timey-wimey stuff.

Let me rephrase, It's a take home quiz.

If I am allowed to use the math department for help, I'm sure I could use your help.
