Hello, I have a function $\displaystyle S(X)= \sum_{ij}^{N_m}(\hat{d_{ij}}d_{ij})^2+\sum_{i=1}^{N_m} \sum_{j=N_m+1}^{N_t}(\hat{d_{ij}}d_{ij})^2$ The source: http://www.fizyka.umk.pl/publications/kmk/00MDS.pdf My question : How to minimize this function using Steepest Descent method?
