implicit function differentiation

Can someone give a differential equation whose solution is an implicit function?..............and illustration of implicit function in real world.

1) x^2 + y^2 = 4

2) 2xdx+2ydy = 0

Temperature = T(x,y,z)
T=K is a surface of constant temperature.
