Access database

I'm trying to make a simple database in Access but I'm not sure how to do what I want.

I have a table of workers, each of which is tied to a supervisor. (At the moment they're both in the same table with a flag to tell supervisors from other workers, but this could change if convenient. The database keeps the same kinds of information on both kinds of workers, so there didn't seem to be a good reason to split them.)

I want to make a mail merge with a letter for each supervisor, including information on each worker supervised. How can I do this?

Re: Access database

Hey CRGreathouse! You help me out with Lambert Coordinates, I help you with an Access Database - such is the wonders of fora! Actually, before I get too far, have you figured this out? I see that your post is from Nov 2008, so I don't want to ramble on here if you've already figured it out or moved onto another solution. Lemme know.

Re: Access database

I still don't know how to do this properly ( ) but I have largely moved on to a mySQL-based solution.
