Encrypting a Message Manually

I used CrypTool RSA encryption to encrypt my name. The ask is to show that CrypTool RSA encryption works by encrypting the first block of the message.

I am to use only multiplication and squaring operations. In order to make this process manageable, use “reduction by modulo” property, that is,
(a × b) mod N = (a mod N) × (b mod N) mod N

In CrypTool I encrypted my name using RSA with a small modulus N
22750 # 20613 # 66121 # 55710.

I don't understand how to use (a × b) mod N = (a mod N) × (b mod N) mod N to manually encrypt the first block. Any suggestions and help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in Advance.
