Remove blue border around Word document

One of my Word documents has a thin blue border (with small blue squares) around it.

Apparently the box does not allow any functions like "copy." It seems very stubborn to get information from.

I wish to remove the box and return my document to "normal."

Microsoft products are the spawn of Satan.

Don't you mean the pawns of Santa?

Definitely not Santa. I do find Excel really useful though, which probably makes me a prawn of Satan.

Wretched software indeed. Honestly I don't think anything else in this world makes me more furious than trying to work with Word or Excel. Powerpoint too.

OpenOffice... that will tip you over the edge I'm sure

I use Microsoft products all the time. They're easy to use and don't often throw up weird stuff. Every now and again something frustrating pops up, but usually I can just google a solution and get on with work without any issues. Visual Studio is awesome.

For anything technical I use Python anyway. Excel plots just look weird...

Disagree. I never feel like I have control over what I'm doing. It's unpredictable.

The biggest problem I have with Word is people. Usually rectified by selecting the entire document and clicking all the formatting buttons until it's sorted.

When I see powerpoint listed as a skill on a CV, it usually gets trashed
Thanks from Joppy
