Power Packs for Smartphone and Cellphone devices.

Is it possible to repair Power Packs for Smartphone and Cellphone devices if not working?

Not working means, unable to charge Smartphones and Cellphones.

Thanks & Regards,

Depends what's wrong with it, but anything can be repaired if you replace enough parts (I include replacing the whole thing here, for reasons known only to me )

Thanks.

I guess, most of the Power Packs for Smartphone and Cellphone devices are sealed, so can they be repaired?

If Yes, How?
If No, Why?

There are youtube videos showing how to get into sealed phones, I've replaced touchscreens and things in sealed phones, it isn't hard.
