So in a game called world of tanks we have a win/loss ratio in each game and im trying to figure out the formula for how to get an extra 1% win we have a total ammount of games + win/loss 3368 games played/1744 losses/1578 wins/46 draws = 47% win ratio. how many battles left do i have to do to increase it by 1% Im not after the answer to this question, i want the matmatical formula to figure this out so i can put it on my website so members in the clan can add there current stats into it and also get the number for there ammount of games left to play.

To apply such a formula, current winratio must be less than 99%. How are you rounding? In your example, 1578/3368~=0.4685. Do you want the formula to give the amount of games to win to get a quotient of 0.475 or 0.48?

You also need to take into account that there are games that no one wins, these are the draws, so the first part of the equasion will be ((total games (- win+loss=)

Than the win ratio you gave would be 46% instead of 47%. What will the "number for there ammount of games left to play" tell the players? You want them to give information of what to do to get a 1%. (percent point) extra win. What must they do for that? Win all next games? One interpretation: Let a be the amount of games won Let b be the amount of games played Let c be the win ratio Let d be the amount of games that must be played and won (no losses or draws) to raise the win ratio by 1 percent point. Then c = a/b (though you return floor(a/b)) right now. And $d= \lceil \frac{b(\lfloor 100 \cdot c \rfloor + 1 - 100c)}{- \lfloor 100 \cdot c \rfloor} \rceil$ (quick result)

This doesn't take rounding into account but that seems appropriate to me.
