Are there any programms that i can write a text, then remove some letters and run the programm to find the letters i removed before. Like reconstract it

A program like that could be written, sure  it's essentially a special kind of spellchecker. Of course the reconstruction can't always be right  some deletions really do remove information. "The ow is in the barn"  is is a cow, a sow, or an owl? Etc.
