Help me in this analytical problem....

Find an expression for the unit vector directed from point Q(x, y, 2) to point P located on the z-axis at a height h above the x-y plane.

Can anybody help me regarding this?
Thank you.

I can't quite figure out what the points P and Q are. However, first set up the vector V=P-Q. Then compute the length of V=|V|. The result you want is V/|V|
