Absolute stability (Popov criterion)

Hi
I have the following problem:

I have solved the first part and found that the system is stable for the sector [0,60.0] with gamma=0.56. I am however unsure how to solve the second part.

I have plotted the sector and found the two functions:
y1=0.1e-3*x^4-0.5e-3*x^3-0.3e-1*x^2
y2=sin(x)*x

Where y2 satisfies the criterion but y1 does not. How do I show that the simulation results are consistent with the sector?
