1) parameterize L $L: (1+i)t,~t\in[0,1]$ 2) apply parameterization to integrand $z Im(z^2) = (1+i)t \cdot Im(((1+i)t)^2) = \\ (1+i)t\cdot Im(2t^2i) = 2 (1+i)t^3,~t\in [0,1]$ 3) integrate over the parameter $\int_0^1~2(1+i)t^3~dt$ I leave the integral to you.
