Gamma function

[attachment=0:su2b8q39]Weibull function.JPG[/attachment:su2b8q39]
I have this integral to evaluate and I know am needing to use a gamma function, but I just don't know how to deal with the e^x^b and to then use the gamma function definition.

Any points in the right direction would be helpful
