Math Focus: Area of Circle
Mole is not directly related to mass, it is the number of "items" (atoms, molecules).
You can can calculate mole if you know the mass and vice versa. It is useful to calculate the number of molecules needed for reaction and number of outcome molecules.

Gram-Molecules are moles for molecules, it is not used so much these days. Mole is just a mole.

The "mole" is the "gram-mole," the number of protons in a gram of protons (approximately, regardless of the new definitions). The number in a kilogram is the kilomole (kmol).

I have never heard the term, "molecule gram," before. I could only guess that it is supposed to mean mole. Can you give us the term in context? This might help.
