Tar Colour change possible?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tar

Is it possible to change the Tar Black or dark brown colour by adding chemicals to get Red,Green, Blue,Yellow etc colours Tar?

If Yes, How?

What will be the chemical reactions?

If No, Why?
