Hi All,

Can someone help me with the following required formula:

Ammonia NH3 is a covalently bonded molecule, made up of three H-N bonds.

Calculate the energy required to break all of the bonds in 72 grammes (g)

Use the following values:

• H-N bond energy = 388kJ mol-1
•Atomic mass of nitrogen = 14.007 g mol-1
•Atomic mass of hydrogen = 1.008 g mol-1

Answer in kilojoules (kJ) .
