The incubation mixture was assayed and the absorbance was found to be 0.885. The corresponding standard of 1200nmol/mL is 1.35. What is the amount of product in the test sample? I got the answer of 786.7nmol/mL using the absorbance is proportional to concentration formula which is: 0.885/1.35 = x/1200 x=786.7nmol/mL is that the answer? i put that answer in to the question and it said it was incorrect. i also put 787 into the answer and it also said it was incorrect.
