Math Focus: general topology
Question The usual age a person starts to teach at a university?

What is the usual age a person starts to teach at a university? (I met a 26 years girl who teaches, even in a university. I wonder if it is early.)

Math Focus: Yet to find out.
Tutors can be quite young as they are often PhD students (if one follows the path school -> university -> phd without breaks). Sadly these "teachers" often don't require any training so I would be hesitant to call them that. Though there are good ones.

A position as a "lecturer" I guess 30ish+ would be arverage.
