Math Focus: Analysis
National Evaluation Series (NES)

The National Evaluation Series are exams that prospective high school teachers have to take to qualify. NES helpfully provides a formula sheet for prospective high school mathematics teachers to memorize before taking this exam, which could potentially end their career.

Check out the equation for a parabola on page two! Hilarious. While parents fret and capital-E Educators wring their hands, it is no surprise to me that Johnny remains as innumerate as ever.
